My Portfolio of Illustrations

Each illustration project, carefully painted in watercolour, has its own descriptive page where you’ll find:

– the client’s brief and my response,
– the type of collaboration: one-off project or ongoing client,
– the scope of the project: from a single illustration to over 40 artworks per commission.

Fields Where My Watercolour Illustrations Make a Difference

Each project brings us together to create visuals in my distinctive style that align with your aspirations.

Publishing Illustrations
Books and Magazines

I create bespoke illustrations for covers and magazine articles, adding a visual richness that enhances and amplifies the message. My favourite illustrations are full-page or half-page watercolours featuring female and animal portraits set against natural elements, evoking inspiration and wonder.

Illustrations for
Brand Communication

My traditional watercolour illustrations help brands stand out with authentic visuals that embody their values and identity. I prioritise projects with purpose-driven brands, aiming to build a better future.

Women and wildlife are my primary subjects, though I also enjoy depicting all forms of life (flora) to help companies design illustrated communications and packaging that leave a lasting impression.

Publishing Illustrations
Games

I create immersive illustrations for physical card or board games. My realistic style and watercolour technique bring to life unique and captivating worlds.

I specialise in depicting characters and animals, particularly in portrait form, and tailor the background to suit the desired universe.

This list of areas and subjects is not exhaustive.
Feel free to get in touch with me to discuss your project. I’ll be pleased to answer your questions.

Collaboration Process for Professional Projects

Working with watercolour requires a methodical and collaborative approach, given the inherent limitations of this traditional medium: once colour is applied, there are limited options for alteration.

This ideal process for new collaborations ensures carefully crafted illustrations in the best conditions. Let’s discuss your specific needs to ensure a smooth collaboration.

Collaboration Process Steps

  • First Contact: Share the brief (description, number of illustrations, timeline, budget…)

  • First Meeting: Initial discussion to understand needs and align on the collaboration.

  • Contract Signature: Electronic contract signature and deposit payment as invoiced.

  • Creative Proposal: Presentation of a monochrome sketch for composition approval.
    Requests for amendments as per the contract;
    Discussions on colouration.

  • Creation Phase: Production of the watercolour illustration, with minor adjustments according to the contract.

  • Delivery: Digital delivery of optimised files as specified in the contract.

  • Final Payment: Settlement of balance within the contract timeline.

Timelines and Number of Meetings

  • Typical timeline: approximately 2 weeks
starting from contract signing and deposit payment.
This can be adjusted based on:
    – the urgency of the project (with adapted pricing),
    – the project’s complexity,
    – seasonality,
    – client responsiveness for approval milestones,
    – additional requested modifications.

  • Up to 3 approval meetings
    Preferably via video call.
Each meeting is documented and requires approval by both parties before moving to the next phase.

Note: Some clients prefer a “carte blanche” approach, where a brief is initially provided, and the final work is delivered without interim approvals (typically in ongoing collaborations).

  • Opening Hours:
    Mon-Tue-Thur-Fri, 9:00am to 4:00pm

This is where your project begins to take shape!
