Story of Eau [Water]

In this first watercolour titled « Water », the power of this element is expressed through contrasting and saturated colours. We can avert our gaze from its laws, but even with closed eyes, it can sweep us away with its magnificence.

Through this work, I aim to highlight the importance of living in harmony with Nature. The woman in the painting can equally enjoy a summer sea bath or be swept away by a tsunami. It’s up to us to act according to the relationship we wish to maintain with our environment.
